Full time Youth Case Manager based in Hamilton The Transition to Work employment service helps young people aged 15-24 into work (including apprenticeships and training) or education.
Transition to Work participants receive intensive, pre-employment support to develop practical skills to get a job, connect with education or training, find local job opportunities and connect with relevant local community services.
About you, can you: Build rapport quickly with anyone, particularly youth.
Show empathy, non-judgement and respect Confidently support and guide clients.
Professionally engage with employers, stakeholders and team members Achieve KPI's Demonstrate good administration skills Work with a team or in a solo office Role model a sound work ethic and an attitude of positivity What we offer….
