Key Responsibilities Provide primary support for secondary students' holistic needs Monitor and promote health, safety, and positive behaviour Implement engaging pastoral care programs Advocate for restorative processes and collaborate with school leadership Train and support Mentor Group Teachers, ensuring effective communication with students and parents Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
