About the Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our HaRTSS - Yarrow Place team as an Administration Officer (0.8 FTE).
The Administration Officer is accountable for contributing to a confidential reception and effective administrative service for Yarrow Place Rape & Sexual Assault Service.
About You
To be successful in this role, you should have:
Ability to communicate with tact and discretion with all clients of the service, and to provide an empathic response to victims of rape and sexual assault.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality provisions.
Ability to manage stress and responses to emotionally demanding content.
Experience in providing a confidential reception and administrative support service.
Experience in undertaking secretarial, administrative and clerical work.
Experience in minute taking.
Knowledge of operation of a range of office equipment.
Knowledge of database entry and processing functions.
