Whilst we are not actively hiring at the moment, your application will continue to grow our talent pool for when we pick up hiring again mid 2025.

Who you are?
Essential Skills  Analytical Thinking: Ability to break down complex problems and trong data analysis capabilities.
Communication Skills: Clear and concise written and verbal communication and the ability to present information effectively to clients and team members.
Project Management: Experience in managing projects from conception to completion and strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Client Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and great understand of client needs and deliver solutions accordingly.
Team Collaboration: Experience working in team settings.
Desirable Skills  Industry Knowledge: Specific knowledge in key industries such as Economic Development, Digital transformation and innovation and Systems change and implementation   Problem-Solving Abilities: Creative thinking and innovative approaches to challenges.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with software tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and industry-specific software.
Leadership Qualities : Proven leadership experience and ability to inspire teams.
Adaptability: Flexibility in adapting to different project requirements and client needs and willing to travel and flexible in their approach.
Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate terms and agreements effectively.
Strategic Planning: Experience in developing and implementing strategic plans.
Research Skills: Ability to conduct thorough and insightful research.
Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial statements and budgeting processes.
Cultural Awareness: Sensitivity to diverse cultural backgrounds and practices.
