The Opportunity: The Northern Territory Government is delivering the largest ship lift in Northern Australia, establishing Darwin as a key player in the global marine services industry.
Hall Contracting is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join the dredging operations for the Darwin Ship Lift project team.
About You: Current Excavator ticket.
Proven experience operating large excavators in a high-production environment.
Experience working on barges.
Marine experience/qualifications (e.g., previous deckhand roles).
Ability to work on a 20:10 roster with day and night shifts.
Ability to liaise with and follow site management directives.
Strong work ethic with the ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.
Strong organisational, multitasking, and prioritisation skills.
Ability to work unsupervised and meet deadlines.
