What you'll be doing This position supports the Junior Medical Workforce at Westmead and Auburn Hospitals by ensuring accurate data entry for payroll, rosters, and remuneration for 700 staff.
Your responsibilities will also include:
Managing HealthRoster and payroll interfaces with StaffLink. Preparing and maintaining after-hours and relief rosters for junior medical officers. Addressing pay-related queries, roster variations, and adjustments. Liaising with departments to ensure timely receipt of rosters and allocations. Meeting strict deadlines while maintaining a professional department image. Selection Criteria:
Demonstrated experience in administration and management of staff rostering practices and payroll processing preferably in a health related field with advanced computing skills in Microsoft Office. Demonstrated experience in managing payroll and rostering queries. Exposure to or experience in the HealthRoster payroll rostering system. Ability to meet predetermined targets and deadlines and to adopt flexible work practices to meet changing priorities. Demonstrated understanding of confidentiality, excellent service delivery, proven reliability and work effectively as a team member. Ability to work as an effective member of a team in a high pressure, high volume work environment. Effective communication, interpersonal, high level analytical and organisational skills with demonstrated attention to detail and experience in working closely with senior and junior medical officers. Demonstrated knowledge of Awards and Agreements preferably pertaining to non specialist medical officers. Requisition ID: REQ533448
