About the Role Lead and mentor a small payroll team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring compliance with all tax, reporting, and legislative requirements. Develop and execute payroll strategies, focusing on continuous process improvement and optimisation. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to enhance payroll operations to align processes with organisational goals. Skills & Experience Experience working in a fast-paced organisation. At least 3-5 years experience in a similar role. Exposure to NDIS or working in a non-profit is desirable but not essential.
