As a People Digital Business Analyst , you will serve as the bridge between our People Digital team and key stakeholders, leveraging analytics to enhance people processes and drive efficiency. Your insights will help shape strategic outcomes and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

What you'll do The role responsibilities include:
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify their needs, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable goals. Inspect data to uncover trends and insights that inform key business outcomes. Elicit, document, and manage detailed business and technical requirements to support the development of analytical solutions. Assess existing processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement that align with business goals. Create comprehensive documentation, including user stories, use cases, process maps, and functional specifications. Develop process models to illustrate current and future states. Assist in designing and implementing metrics to evaluate people programs and initiatives. Identify opportunities to enhance processes for delivering high-value solutions. Partner with People teams to promote the adoption of analytical tools and solutions. Collaborate with data governance and analytics teams to ensure data quality and consistency. What you'll have University degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Data Analytics, People Systems, Technology, or Digital Functions. Demonstrated experience in Business Analysis, preferably in People Organizations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Quicksight, Tableau). Collaborative mindset and experience working with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with business process modelling and documentation tools. Experience with HRIS and HCM systems is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex solutions into clear goals. Proactive, detail-oriented, and curious about data insights.
