About the Role
The Project Manager (PM) coordinates the elements of a project, aiming for timely completion within budget and high standards.
Serving as the central figure connecting project goals with the collective efforts of their team, guiding projects toward success.
The PM will handle core responsibilities such as project planning, team coordination, risk management, budget oversight, client communication, and maintaining quality standards.
In addition to these technical skills, you will also need critical soft skills, including effective communication, to convey project objectives, updates, and feedback to all stakeholders.
What you'll be doing
Developing detailed project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and budget, aligning milestones and identifying potential risks and mitigation strategies.
Identification of required resources (i.e., personnel, equipment, and materials) efficiently to ensure project progresses as planned.
Lead and motivate project team to achieve project goals through assigning tasks, setting deadlines, providing guidance, and resolving conflicts within the team.
Maintain clear and continuous communication with all stakeholders, internal and/or externally, by providing regular updates on project progress, changes, or challenges and management expectations.
Ensure project deliverables are delivered on time and of quality.
Identify, analyze, and manage potential risks that could impact project timelines, cost, or quality, and develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
Address and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle quickly and effectively to minimize impacts on projects.
Continuously monitor project progress against its plan and adjust as necessary, preparing and presenting regular reports on progress, challenges, and achievements to stakeholders.

What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in Project Management with a minimum of 3 years in delivery within medium to large organizations.
Growth mindset and the ability to be adaptable to a changing environment with the willingness and ability to change approach where required.
Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide team members towards achieving project goals and fostering a positive team environment.
Confidence to make decisions decisively in order to inspire confidence in others.
Determination to overcome obstacles and keep going despite difficulties/delays.
Active listening and ability to tailor communication and messaging to varying audiences.
Ability to focus and prioritize work to meet deadlines, sometimes under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong team player with a collaborative approach.
