About the Role
You will be responsible for leading requirements from pre-inception to deployment.
This involves facilitating workshops, managing story backlogs, and ensuring clear communication of stories and non-functional requirements with the delivery team.
Acting as the team's glue, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, facilitating continuous improvement, managing agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and keeping the team focused on priorities.
This role is the interface between Tech and business users in Merchandise (Planning, Sourcing, Design, Product Management).
What you'll be doing
Lead project team workshops to elicit requirements.
Analyze requirements, establish clear stories with acceptance criteria (including non-functional requirements).
Facilitate story kick-off meetings and communicate changes effectively.
Proactively manage scope backlog, including estimation and prioritization.
Assist with business acceptance testing and deployment planning.
Research new product features and draft problem statements and goals pre-inception.
Assess vendor product capability through RFI or RFP processes.
Facilitate project inception activities (problem statement, goals, scope boundaries, process mapping, etc.).
Own the agile process, tailor it to the team's needs.
Ensure efficient task flow through the delivery lifecycle.
Identify and remove waste in practices/process.
Organize and facilitate agile ceremonies (daily stand-up, iteration planning, retrospectives).
Record project/feature progress metrics and communicate them to the team and stakeholders.
Address risks, issues, and dependencies.
Celebrate small wins and major achievements.
Drive release and iteration planning activities.
Promote a sustainable pace for the team.

What we're looking for
You will be highly commercial and possess strong communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Along with your business acumen, you will have:
Experience in retail merchandise or supply chain as a BA or within the business unit.
Experience in building relationships with stakeholders.
Strong BA skillset - document requirements, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend process improvements.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Technology with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role in application delivery within medium to large organizations.
