Workshop Technician

We are currently a small team experiencing significant growth in the demand for our products. We require a Workshop Technician with the ability to implement new processes and bring fresh ideas and out of the box thinking to support our business growth and new challenges that will take the company to another level.
About the Role: Reporting to the Workshop Manager, we are looking for a Workshop Technician who can roll up their sleeves and build devices and grow with the role.
Your main duties will be to: Assemble and program devices to fulfill orders Assist with inventory management Liaise between workshop, engineers and management Identify and assess opportunities to improve processes To be successful in this role, you will need: Good practical problem solving skills Good people and communication skills A background in components and soldering Ability to read drawings and wiring diagrams will be preferable but is not essential CAD experience will be preferable but is not essential Knowledge of TIG welding will be preferable but is not essential Knowledge of 3D printing preferable but not essential CNC experience preferable Electronics experience preferable Ability to work autonomously Must have full working rights to work in Australia #J-18808-Ljbffr
