Workshop Team Leader

As a Team Leader at our Geelong workshop, you will play a pivotal role in supervising and mentoring a team of technicians, ensuring efficiency and productivity while providing support to the Maintenance Manager.

Key Responsibilities include: Provide supervision and support to a team of technicians ensuring efficiency and productivity.
Mechanical servicing and support in Geelong Workshop.
Preventative maintenance, repairs, and modifications carried out to the highest standards.
Hydraulic and electrical diagnostics.
Maintaining service and maintenance records.
Be part of an on-call roster.
You will be working on our modern fleet of Scania, DAF, and Trailer fleet.
This is a full-time role which operates within core business hours Monday to Friday with reasonable overtime and some Saturday work.
The successful Candidate will have: Previous experience in a similar role.
Display a high standard of respect within your team and your interactions with internal and external customers.
Knowledge of hydraulic systems would be an advantage but not essential.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
Display work safety, protecting yourself and fellow employees to maintain a safe workplace whilst meeting targets and delivering results.
Adapt to changing environments; as things change, you have an innate ability to adapt and overcome these changes as well as taking initiative in your role to find solutions.
Ability to work independently and as a willing and active member of a team.
Excellent written and communication skills.
Strong team player.
