The Gig Are you a people-focused leader with mechanical expertise and a drive for improving workshop efficiency? Our client is seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to join the Component Rebuild Centre in Tomago. In this full-time, permanent role, you'll inspire and lead a team dedicated to the assembly and disassembly of engines, powertrains, and final drives for large-scale surface mining and construction equipment.
The Gig's Nitty Gritty Location: Tomago Roster: Monday to Friday Hours: 5:30 AM – 3:30 PM Salary: $130,000 – 150,000 SUPER (inclusive of overtime on a 50hr week) Travel Required: None Reporting To: Branch Manager – CNC Team Size: Approximately 30 Key Responsibilities Lead & Inspire: Guide a team of tradespeople and apprentices, ensuring tasks are completed on time.
