The role A position has been created for a Senior Development Manager to join the team to oversee and manage their existing development projects.
Key responsibilities will include: Initiate, Manage & Deliver Projects in line with Company Strategy Represent Company for Contracts, including Building & Consultancy Undertake Risk Assessments for Projects & Implement Mitigation Strategy Update Feasibility at Key Milestones, Conduct Development Reviews Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to Create & Achieve Sales Targets Skills & experience This role will suit an experienced Senior Development Manager with a construction background who enjoys working in a small yet nimble Team.
