Workshop Supervisor

You will be flying out of Cairns to Darwin where they have a secured pipeline of work. They have a significant fleet of earthmoving equipment including but not limited to Graders, Excavators, Loaders, Dozers and articulated Haul Trucks, whilst having a range of trucks, utes, and ancillary equipment to maintain and repair.

Your responsibilities include: Coordinating breakdown repairs with the onsite fitters. Scheduling preventative maintenance with the operational team. Championing Fleet processes. Approval of Fitter timesheets. Administering our Fleet management system 'The Fleet Office' ensuring a high level of compliance to work order close outs. Assist fitters diagnosing issues. The successful candidate will have: Intimate knowledge of civil earth moving equipment. Prior experience with road going trucks and light vehicles. Strong leadership and management skills.
