Workshop Mechanic - Wangaratta

Porter Plant , a market leader in equipment maintenance management and dry hiring of plant, equipment and light commercial vehicles, currently have a vacancy for a qualified workshopdiesel mechanic .
About the Role Based in our Wangaratta facility, you will apply your trade acrossa diverse range of assets,from heavy vehicles to earthmoving equipment ensuringthat plant and equipment issafe, reliable and ready forourcustomers.
You will beresponsible for:
Routine servicing; Maintenance; Performing effective fault diagnosis on a variety of equipment; Overhauling of mechanical components. You will need to have; Trade qualification with relevant experience; Ability to work unsupervised; Have excellent organizational, communication and reporting skills; Have good computer skills for the completion of electronic work orders; Demonstrate a sound awareness of OH&S management principles.
