About the roleWork alongside the Yarra Valley Vineyard team to grow and maintain our vineyards – which produce some of the finest grapes used in our world leading wines. Work as part of the wider Vineyard team, to implement and complete tasks requested by the Vineyard Manager Conduct the full range of day to day activities in the vineyard, including tractor driving, pruning, training and trellising, as well as mixing and applying agrochemicals and use maintenance of irrigation systems Operate vineyard equipment and machinery safely Assist with specified technical tasks as required throughout the season Ensure accurate records are kept for vineyard operations About youYou are a hard working and enthusiastic person, who enjoys working as part of a team, as well as working autonomously. You are mechanically minded, and be confident working autonomously and in a team environment. You will also have the following: Extensive tractor operating skills across a variety of terrains (Essential) Mechanically minded with the ability to maintain basic equipment (Advantageous) Forklift license or Heavy Vehicle license.
