Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a safe, efficient, and productive workshop operationConduct thorough task analyses to ensure work is completed safely and on timeOversee the service and maintenance of vehicles, trailers, plant, and equipment within required timeframesFacilitate daily toolbox meetings to maintain clear communication with workshop staffEnsure all work is performed according to quality standards and schedules, with timely completion of required documentationEnsure compliance with workplace health and safety policies and proceduresMaintain accurate and up-to-date fleet maintenance recordsAbout You: Trade-qualified Heavy Diesel Fitter or Heavy Vehicle MechanicStrong commitment to safety and quality assuranceProven experience in the heavy diesel repair industryCurrent QLD 'C' Class Driver's LicenseAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screenWhy Join Us?
