Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Workshop Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our Workshop team and overseeing the functions of the department, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across our broad fleet.
Key ResponsibilitiesProfessional and effective management/supervision and leadership of team.Internal planning and prioritisation of workshop team jobs according to operational requirements.Coordinate and prioritize the daily workflow, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to deadlines.Oversee diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance of a diverse fleet of heavy vehicles and container moving equipment to minimise downtime.Manage the workshop infrastructure, assets, and resources, by conducting inspections and upholding safety protocols.Personal AttributesMinimum of three years' experience as a manager/supervisor.Proven experience managing small teams, including mentoring and developing apprentices.Demonstrated experience in heavy vehicle maintenance, repair, and servicing, with a strong knowledge of diesel engines and related systems.Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a commitment to maintaining high standards in safety and service quality.Deadline for ApplicationsKreskas Bros.
