We have multiple positions available for Workshop Logistics Administrators to join our friendly, growing team located in Carole Park.

The Workshop Logistics Administrators work as part of a committed service operations team dedicated to supporting the Milwaukee Service Centre.
As part of the team, the successful candidates will maximise workshop's efficiencies and act as point of contact for internal service centre.

Full training is provided - this is an excellent opportunity to kick start your career in admin and warehousing!

Your duties will include: Accepting tools for drop off via direct customers or freight (ingoing and outgoing freight requirements) Provide customers and retailers with update on their warranty claims via phone and email.
Book incoming tools into SAP - C4C and completing necessary documentation.
Allocating tools in accordance with operational workflow.
Allocating ordered spare parts with relevant service claims.
All necessary warehouse duties (Unpack, pack etc.)
Communicate with After-Sales support team to obtain claim relevant information.
What you will bring: Experience using SAP, C4C and/or other similar technology platforms (preferred but not essential) Excellent ability to respond to deadline pressures and demonstrate time management skills.
Great communication skills with enthusiastic personality Ability to demonstrate initiative.
Solid time management and attention to detail.
