We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic Workshop Foreman to join our busy Ford service team in Narellan. As a Workshop Foreman, you will be someone who enjoys a challenge, working in a team environment carrying out practical and hands-on activities.
Responsibilities: Manage daily tasks, productivity, and efficiency of technicians.Prioritise repair orders in the workshop to ensure on-time completion.Assist with technical problem solving.Notify the Service Adviser Team of any additional work that is required.Ensure work repair orders are completed correctly for warranty procedures.Maintain OEM workshop tools and equipment; follow safety practices; notify management if tools need replacement or new tools are required.Maintain cleanliness of the working area and customer's vehicles.Assist in expediting parts orders.Compliance with procedures and policies to ensure WHS.About you: Full work rights in Australia.Minimum 5 years' experience and relevant trade qualifications.Previous Workshop Controller experience preferred but not essential.A current driver's licence.MVTC essential.Air-Conditioning Licence preferred but not essential.ASCIS & AUVIS Licence preferred but not essential.Ability to follow Work, Health and Safety policies and procedures and "Work Safe."Motivated and have a positive can-do attitude.Demonstrate care and attention to detail.Good communication skills.Can work well within large teams and follow processes and instructions.Are punctual and reliable.Benefits: Attractive salary package to the right applicant.Factory and in-house training and mentoring.Discounted Bupa Private Health Insurance.Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Exclusive discounts with our Samsung Partnership Program.Discounted gym memberships.If you think this role is right for you, please apply today by taking the time to complete our online application.
