Position: Head of Service – Asia Pacific The Head of Service – APAC will play a critical role in overseeing the commissioning of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects, providing after-sales service support, and developing a robust service network across the region. This position is pivotal to ensuring the successful delivery and ongoing support of our energy storage solutions to clients in the Asia Pacific.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee BESS Project Commissioning: Manage and lead the commissioning process of BESS projects across the APAC region, ensuring all projects meet the required safety, quality, and performance standards.After-Sales Service Support: Establish and manage after-sales service processes to ensure timely and effective support for customers. This includes troubleshooting, maintenance, and resolving technical issues.Service Network Development: Develop and expand a strong service network throughout the APAC region, including identifying, training, and managing service partners.Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.Service Strategy Implementation: Collaborate with the Service Strategy team to develop and implement service strategies that align with customer demands, market competition, as well as business objectives.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of service professionals, ensuring continuous development, motivation, and high performance.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in service delivery and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.Compliance and Safety: Ensure that all service activities comply with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in service management, project commissioning, and after-sales support, preferably in the energy storage, renewable energy, or power sectors.Proven track record of successfully leading and managing service teams across multiple locations.Strong technical knowledge of BESS and energy storage systems.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.Ability to travel extensively across the APAC region.Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.Apply Apply now through the apply button or get in touch with Dana Lin at ****** for a confidential conversation.
