Workshop Foreman

Buslines Group is the largest bus operator in regional NSW with 13 operations throughout the state and a fleet of 350 buses.
Dubbo Buslines operates a modern fleet of 25 buses in Dubbo and surrounding areas.
A senior position has arisen for an experienced heavy vehicle mechanic in a 'hands on' role, to manage the fleet maintenance and maintenance staff including servicing, repairs, parts ordering, record keeping and the responsibility of WH&S.
The fleet operates from a modern, clean and well-equipped maintenance facility located in Dubbo.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated person to take on this responsibility with a remuneration package commensurate with the duties to be offered to the successful applicant.

The successful candidate will possess:

Trade qualification in heavy vehicle mechanic with 3 years' experience Heavy vehicle driver's licence Experience leading and supervising a workshop team Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management, organisation and prioritization skills
