Working with premium brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Freightliner, and Fuso, this role offers the chance to be an essential part of a well-established dealership, ensuring the smooth running of workshop operations.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the workshop, providing support to technicians, and maintaining high standards of customer service. You will also work closely with service advisors and focus on improving workshop efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor technicians and apprenticesManage workshop operations, including scheduling and allocating tasksMaintain accurate records of work orders, invoices, and job progressEnsure top-quality customer service and satisfactionDevelop and implement strategies to enhance workshop performanceCommunicate with service advisors to keep customers updatedEnsure compliance with warranty guidelines and company standards
