Work Location: Based at one of Fortescue's Pilbara sites, either Eliwana, Solomon or Iron Bridge (multiple opportunities available).

Joining Fortescue as a Work Management Specialist, you will be part of a centralised team providing on-site representation, supporting the compliance of the work management process.
You will conduct routine gap analysis and periodical audits to identify problematic areas within the organization, ensuring an efficient and productive workflow is maintained.
This role plays a crucial part in providing on-site process awareness and maintenance system coaching to support team members to maximise use and efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesGap analysis to identify noncompliance of the work management process and liaise with department leadership to influence and resolve.Periodical work management systems audits.Focus on stakeholder relationships, communication and participation in team/department meetings.Reviewing, updating and creating training documents and guides that enrich the learning experience.Communicate work management process and operating system training and support and potential group training sessions on-site.Conduct quality assurance checks on standards and work management documentation, including existing training documents to reflect changes in Work Management processes, requirements and technology.Qualifications and ExperienceSolid experience with the SAP program surrounding plant maintenance.Experience with S/4 HANA Fiori, SAP Service and Asset Manager mobile solution (tablet).Demonstrated capability creating and reviewing technical documents.Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely, and ability to influence across all levels of the organisation.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders across various different areas/levels.Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.Our CommitmentFortescue celebrates individual strengths and team members are encouraged to bring their whole selves to work.
