An amazing opportunity is available to join our highly successful dealership as the Workshop Controller.This role will offer you the chance to work in a clean and organised environment within our service workshop.In this role you will be responsible for managing the timely and efficient flow of vehicles through the workshop while ensuring customer's vehicles are delivered on-time.Attention to detail, time management and providing exceptional customer service will play a major part in ensuring you thrive within this role.Duties include (but are not limited to):Assigning repair orders to Technicians.Monitoring and maintaining workflow during the day.Ensuring customers are contacted with problems and delays.Monitoring any sublet repairs.Assigning completed work to road testers as required.Ensuring an adequate follow-up of parts back orders.What we are looking for:Experience as a Workshop Controller will be highly regarded.Excellent time management skills and highly organised.A professional and customer-focused attitude.Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.Excellent problem-solving and follow-up skills.If you feel you have the skills & attributes to be a key contributor and want to join a successful energetic team, please apply now.
