Zarraffa's Coffee Cannon Hill have positions available for an Assistant Manager, Supervisors and Baristas to join their enthusiastic team.

Assistant Manager responsibilities include;
Taking "ownership" of the store Responsible for staff training and developmentExceeding expectations in Customer ServiceEnsuring profitability of the businessShowing a commitment to the brand, liaising with customers and suppliersDemonstrate an ethical purpose and compassion in the roleStriving to create an individually perfect cup of coffee, every timeManaging employee performanceEnsuring effective communication with staff, customers and stakeholdersMotivating staff to be the best of their ability whilst creating a great work life balanceWH&S and Food Safety ComplianceProduct ordering and stock controlA passion for the Zarraffa's Coffee brand To be successful in these positions you should possess the following attributes:
Current or previous management experience is preferred Proven team leadershipConflict resolution skillsDynamic, results driven and enjoy achieving targetsCan do attitude and self-motivatedConfident and well spokenImpeccable presentation and personal hygieneThrive on working in a fast paced, team environmentHonesty and IntegrityStrong work ethic Barista responsibilities will include:
Customer ServiceCashing OrdersMaking Coffee Supervisor responsibilities may also include the below tasks:
Reconcile tillSupervise fellow staffStock controlResponding to customer feedbackFood assembly responsibilitiesResponsible for open & closing of store The positions are part time offering 20-38 hours per week. A seven day flexibility is required including weekends, early openings and late closes. 
One year barista and drive through experience is preferred.
