Due to our team's exciting growth, we are opening a Gladstone Workshop/Branch, and we are eagerly seeking a Workshop and PSV Lead to manage all activities regarding the PSV recertification team and the GRPS Facility.
You will ensure to deliver a service that is best in class and continue to improve as the industry and our team grows and evolves. This role will be yours to establish and create while being supported by an extended team that has decades of experience within the Oil and Gas industry.
Our new Gladstone Facility will incorporate a workshop, warehouse, PSV testing and Valve testing facility, clean room, and basic machine shop.
Key responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to): Support in establishing the brand new GRPS Gladstone facility.Provide necessary training, information, instruction, and supervision to ensure that all work is performed safely and meets NATA testing requirements.Provide support for scheduling and coordination of the onsite servicing and testing of all types of PSV Valves for the entire client base of GRPS.Ensure all testing databases are maintained and being utilized correctly.Liaise with clients and GRPS planners to ensure work quality and schedule requirements are achieved so high client expectations and customer service standards are met.Ensure that PSV Test facilities comply with NATA requirements.Qualifications & Experience Required: Mechanical Trade Certificate5+ years experience within a role of similar natureRelated OEM valve service trainingProcurement of valve components and maintaining stock levelsOverhead Gantry & Forklift LicensesDogman or Riggers Ticket (desirable)Experience with Microsoft Excel, CMMS systems (e.g. Maximo desirable)If you would like to be considered, please feel free to apply your details now ensuring you complete the screening questions.
