End User Computing (EUC) Specialist Location: Brisbane CBD Permanent full time position Start ASAP We are working with a reputable professional services business who's head office is in Sydney, Australia, with a strong international presence.
They are seeking a skilled and dynamic End User Computing Specialist to join their Service Desk team supporting end users across Australia as well as leading numerous projects.
Key Responsibilities: Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support for end users in Australia, ensuring a seamless and efficient end-user experience Transition and support the migration to Microsoft Intune, taking a lead role in the implementation and ongoing maintenance Initiate and lead the development of the Standard Operating Environment, enhancing the infrastructure for optimal performance Mentor and up-skill the existing desktop support team to align with evolving technologies and best practices Proactively identify and resolve potential issues, contributing to a proactive and preventative support environment Provide support for audio-visual rooms and equipment, ensuring seamless functionality for meetings and presentations.
Set up and configure meeting rooms to meet the technical requirements of professionals and clients Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in EUC/desktop support Experience with SOE engineering and build Able to work with patch deployment Supported SCCM and or Intune Ideally worked with Microsoft Defender Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
