Based in the city in state-of-the-art offices with cafes and transport close by.
The workplace relations team are experts in their field and work closely as business partners across the business streams.
They are seeking an additional resource to their team who is thinking long-term.
The Role Working with key client groups within this sizeable organisation, you will take the lead on a variety of matters, balancing quick wins and more complex case management that will engage and challenge you.
Matters to be resolved include conduct and performance, management of workcover claims, employee grievances and investigations through to representation at FWC.
You will have a team there to support your case load and questions as you continue to develop your skills in this specialist area.
Rem circa $130k pkg.
The Fit Credentialled and experienced with workplace relations case management, ideally with a law degree; however, this is negotiable.
The ideal candidate has a passion for this specialisation and is keen to further their career undertaking this work.
You have an excellent understanding of local legislation, regulations, and policy and are able to interpret and discuss with others.
You have also worked with various industrial instruments, can write briefs in appropriate language for the intended audience, and have the ability to respond to formal applications in the FWC.
You are a people person with excellent communication both written and verbal, able to negotiate and influence key stakeholders, problem-solve complex matters, and bring matters to a successful close within expected timeframes.
