In this 12-month parental leave contract, you'll play an integral part in shaping our HR practices and supporting our employees through their workplace journey.Based at our HO in Wetherill Park, you will support the Regional HR Manager and people leaders in our Distribution Centres (DC's) across Australia.Day to day you will:Manage and resolve simple and complex ER/IR issues in a timely manner while ensuring compliance with organisation policy and Fair Work legislation and drafting documents related to employment and workplace relations matters.Conduct thorough investigations into workplace complaints, maintaining confidentiality and objectivity, while promoting fair outcomes.End to end case management – provide expert advice and act as a trusted advisor to both managers and employees on employment-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary processes, and grievances.Provide advice on employment conditions, Enterprise Agreements and policies, ensuring a consistent approach across the business.Train and mentor managers on effective employee relations practices to foster a harmonious work environment.Work with the business through core HR programs and processes including onboarding, probationary reviews, performance reviews, training and development, performance management and offboarding as required.Stay current with employment legislation and best practices, ensuring compliance across the organization.We want to hear from you if you have:Strong experience in workplace relations or human resources, demonstrating end-to-end case management expertise; ideally gained within an operational, FMCG or logistics environment.Formal qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Law or equivalent is desirable.A solutions focused and logical approach and able to work in a fast paced environment with competing priorities.Strong communication and influencing skills, able to build relationships across all levels in the organisation.Employee/Industrial Relations knowledge and able to provide guidance and support on ER matters.Proven ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.Ability to travel as required.What we Offer:We believe in building careers through providing a safe, connected and innovative culture that supports ongoing growth and development.Ongoing quarterly and annual recognition awards and programs.Free onsite parking.About Martin Brower:Martin Brower is an innovative end to end global supply chain provider.
