ABOUT THE ROLEAs the Division Head for Personal Injury Law, you will spearhead initiatives to ensure LEAP delivers effective AI tools, software, legal content, and management advice tailored to Personal Injury practices.
Your legal expertise will drive the development of AI tools to help law firms maximise revenue and provide exceptional client service.
In addition to leading a division, you'll be at the cutting edge of AI-driven change in the legal sector, shaping the way firms utilise technology to revolutionise their practices.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Lead the development and integration of AI-driven legal technology solutions in Personal Injury Law.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with legal best practices and client needs.

Provide strategic insights to improve LEAP's offerings for Personal Injury practices.

Manage a customer success team to assist law firms in adopting AI solutions.

Lead a sales and marketing team to engage with Personal Injury law firms, identifying their needs and opportunities.

Drive innovation and ensure high-quality legal content for Personal Injury Law.

Work closely with a supportive team, contributing to case strategy and ensuring cohesive progress in Personal Injury product content.

Provide legal expertise in drafting and reviewing content for Personal Injury products.

Collaborate with the Forms Designer Team and Database Design Team to ensure that all product-related content (forms, templates, instructions) is legally sound, clear, and user-friendly.

Contribute to creating product-specific content, ensuring it is accurate and compliant.

Ensure that all Personal Injury products and content comply with applicable legal requirements in different state jurisdictions.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Meticulous attention to detail, especially when reviewing and drafting legal content to ensure accuracy, compliance, and legal sufficiency.

Ability to identify potential legal risks and propose solutions that ensure content is both legally sound and user-centric.

Familiarity with Personal Injury law across different jurisdictions, and the ability to create content that complies with varying laws.

Ability to analyse user feedback and legal challenges within product development, providing legal solutions to improve product design and functionality.

Strong problem-solving skills to address legal risks and improve content usability.

Strong organizational and project management abilities to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders in the content development process.

Requirements

5+ years of legal practice experience in Personal Injury Law.

Passion for technology and AI-driven solutions in the legal space.

Strong leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.

Comfortable working collaboratively in an innovative environment.

Management experience is an advantage.

Experience in managing personal injury cases as well as solid litigation experience.

Exceptional communication and drafting skills.

Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions related to Personal Injury administration.
