About the role We are looking for a Workplace Occupancy Planner to join our team within Workplace Planning & Strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate data and reporting across Origin's property portfolio, providing insights to support strategic decision-making and enhance workplace processes.
This is a 12-month parental leave cover position, with responsibilities that include influencing workspace strategy, managing relocations, and supporting the needs of the organisation. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving and has a knack for troubleshooting technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities Collaborate to find accommodation solutions aligning with business needs and property strategy.Maintain and troubleshoot core building and occupancy data in partnership with stakeholders.Resolve technical issues with workplace software, such as Serraview, and data feeds.Coordinate and deliver office moves and relocations, including acting as the lead for larger relocation projects.Monitor and report on portfolio performance, vacancy, and capacity, ensuring accuracy in data handling.Conduct business analysis to identify innovative solutions and improve cost-efficiency.Enhance and implement processes to support both BAU and project needs effectively.About you We are seeking someone with a passion for workplace planning and strong analytical capabilities. The ideal candidate will have:
Demonstrated communication skills, both verbal and written.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with data analysis.Proven ability to troubleshoot software and data feed issues, with a focus on practical solutions.Experience in business or technical analysis, with proficiency in Power BI (desirable).Familiarity with workplace management software (e.g., Serraview) and project management experience.So why join us?
