This role requires you to work in our Melbourne campus , located in Collingwood, Monday to Friday.About The Role Melbourne is home to a rapidly growing number of Canvanauts, supported by our dynamic Melbourne Vibe team who are the heartbeat of our Melbourne campus.

While the work can be challenging, we love what we do, excel at it, and seize every opportunity to have fun.As the Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will work closely with the Melbourne Vibe Lead, who oversees the overall vibe strategy for our Melbourne campus, and the Workplace Experience Specialist, who focuses on creating experiences that cultivate Canva's culture and foster a thriving community.In this role, you'll provide on-the-ground operational support
for our Melbourne Campus from asset management, vendor relationships, stock management, setting up meeting rooms and facilitating events along with being a friendly and welcoming face for our Melbourne Canvanauts.
You'll be pivotal in ensuring the Melbourne Vibe team create an inspiring, safe, fun and productive environment for our Melbourne Canavanauts daily and ensuring our Melbourne Campus operations are running smoothly.What You'd Be Doing In This Role As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA.

So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.At The Moment, This Role Is Focused On Collaborating with the Melbourne Vibe Experience Lead and Workplace Experience Specialist creating a home away from home for our Canvanauts, ensuring they feel safe, welcome, and empowered to deliver their best work Providing top-notch campus operations support, liaising with vendors across food, beverage, and facilities to ensure our space runs smoothly.
Overseeing stock and inventory across merchandise, food and beverage, stationary and other Campus consumables.
Coordinating food and beverage activations to surprise and delight our Canvanauts, working closely with our Hospitality team.
Providing Event, Clubs, Celebrations and Force For Good support, from ideation to delivery including set up and pack down.
Coordinating our on the ground Wellbeing initiatives.
Liaising with trades and vendors on Campus fixes and improvements Resolving internal support tickets/requests from our Canvanauts Building relationships with our people to understand their teams better and use that knowledge to enhance the Canvanaut experience.
Contributing to both local and global projects across Vibe and People.
Helping set up systems and processes to scale and have even greater impact.

You're probably a match if you Have a blended skillset across facilities and hospitality to help elevate the Vibe at Canva and support the operations across all aspects as we scale.
Have a deep understanding of what hospitality means, showcasing this through being warm, welcoming and approachable.
Are creative, open minded, embracing new ideas and processes as we move forward.
Have a strong sense for team work and collaboration, supporting other Vibe team members when necessary, whilst also having the ability to work autonomously.
Thrive working under pressure, meeting deadlines and adapting to constant change.
Enjoy a combination of both working on a laptop and being hands on.
