Salary range:
$130,000 - $150,000 + Super, negotiable dependent on experience and value you can bring.

What you will be doing?
In this role you'll be working closely with your Project Manager, given the autonomy to administer the full contract lifecycle and smooth delivery of a $25 million, 19 luxury townhouse project.
This is a site-based role allowing you to be hands-on with the project.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone that has demonstrated experience in delivering multi-residential projects or commercial projects.
Ideally, exposure to projects $20 million + would help with being successful in this role.
