Where and how you can work Our flagship campus is in Sydney. We also have a campus in Melbourne and co-working spaces in Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide. This role requires you to work in our Melbourne campus , located in Collingwood, Monday to Friday.
About the role As the Workplace Experience Coordinator, you will work closely with the Melbourne Vibe Lead and the Workplace Experience Specialist to create experiences that cultivate Canva's culture and foster a thriving community. You'll provide on-the-ground operational support for our Melbourne Campus, including asset management, vendor relationships, stock management, meeting room setups, and event facilitation.
What you'd be doing in this role At the moment, this role is focused on:
Collaborating with the Melbourne Vibe Experience Lead and Workplace Experience Specialist to ensure Canvanauts feel safe, welcome, and empowered. Providing campus operations support, liaising with vendors across food, beverage, and facilities. Overseeing stock and inventory across merchandise, food and beverage, and other consumables. Coordinating food and beverage activations. Providing support for events, clubs, celebrations, and initiatives. Coordinating Wellbeing initiatives. Liaising with trades and vendors on Campus improvements. Resolving internal support tickets/requests. Building relationships to enhance the Canvanaut experience. Contributing to local and global projects across Vibe and People. Helping set up systems and processes to scale. Bringing the Vibe at all times! You're probably a match if you Have a blended skillset across facilities and hospitality. Have a deep understanding of hospitality, showcasing warmth and approachability. Are creative and open-minded, embracing new ideas. Have a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration. Thrive under pressure, meeting deadlines.
