The RoleThe Workplace Coordinator is the 'face' of the Clients business, being the main interface with clients, staff, contractors, and service providers as they pass through our client's customer service areas. Reporting directly to the Workplace Experience Manager based in Sydney and working within a collaborative and supportive team.

A snapshot of a typical day:

Receives and directs incoming calls to appropriate personnel and voicemail.

Ensuring the welcome area and welcome desk is clean and presentable.

Coordinates catering for meetings and events.

Maintains and checks kitchen and office supplies. Orders office supplies and other common use items for the site.

Assists with administration and facilities duties as directed by the Account Manager or Facilities Manager.

Creates, assigns, and reviews work orders, purchase request generations & invoice receipting.

Coordinates work orders processes and work delivery with subcontractors and vendors to ensure compliance with SLAs and assist in resolving problems.

Requirements

Customer service focus with the ability to communicate with internal and external clients at all levels.

Experience in customer service and/or front of house/client facing in a professional/corporate environment.

Exposure in facilities management.

Excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to manage workflow and priorities and meet deadlines.

Intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft Packages – Word, Excel, and Outlook.
