This is an opportunity to impact multi-million-dollar services contracts in industries that power Australia's economy—oil and gas, mining, rail, renewable energy, and more.
With our resident IR veteran and a passionate team by your side, you'll advise on the full range of IR/ER topics, ensuring our businesses run smoothly and efficiently.
The role can be based out of our Brisbane, Melbourne or North Sydney office.
About the role You'll dive deep into enterprise bargaining, take the reins on complex issues, and hone your advocacy skills at the Fair Work Commission.
From performance management to navigating union relations, your influence will be felt across the business.
Key Responsibilities Forge strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including tier-1 global clients and major unions like AMWU, ETU, AWU, and CFMEU.
Draft and negotiate enterprise agreements that set industry standards.
Become the go-to expert on legislative compliance and dispute resolution.
Mentor and coach P&C Managers, sharing your expertise to strengthen our team's capabilities.
About you You're an experienced industrial relations professional with a background in sectors such as construction, mining, oil and gas, or new energy.
You're eager to expand your knowledge, tackle new challenges, and play a pivotal role in UGL's continued IR/ER success.
You'll need to be energetic with a positive attitude.
