What this opportunity involves: JLL is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Workplace Coordinator to join our client's Corporate Solutions Services team in Sydney. Our client is a leading independent Australian law firm and has recently moved into a brand-new office facility within the Sydney CBD!
Overview of the role: Addressing workplace queries through in-house service centre Work with onsite JLL and client stakeholders to manage vendors and contractors Assistance with mailroom services Oversee meeting room management, new employee inductions, access/badge management Manage office inventory and assist in billing, purchasing and financial admin Conduct floor walks through the office facility, address ad-hoc queries and escalate appropriately Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for: Minimum 2 years of administrative experience Professional and friendly demeanor Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills Ability to work independently and adapt to change Excellent communication and interpersonal skills What you can expect from us: You'll join an entrepreneurial, inclusive culture.
