The Opportunity Cochlear has an exciting opportunity for a part time Team Assistant to join Global Strategic Marketing.
You will work closely with the Executive Assistant to the SVP of Global Strategic Marketing, to provide timely, accurate, and efficient administration and process management of key business activities.
Your support will help the team meet its business goals and operate effectively.
Key Responsibilities Support the Executive Assistant, Global Strategic Marketing, with various administrative tasks. Provide backup administrative support to the SVP of Global Strategic Marketing as needed. Assist the leadership team with diary management, coordinating both internal and external meetings, and maintaining an accurate, up-to-date calendar. Manage travel arrangements, including preparing itineraries, obtaining visas, and organizing travel documentation for the Leadership team. Coordinate the submission and payment of monthly expenses for the Leadership team. Monitor and manage internal and external requests through email, ensuring appropriate actions are taken in a timely manner. Assist with the coordination and support of key leadership and departmental meetings and events, including catering, booking meeting rooms, and arranging logistics. Manage purchase orders and invoice payments through Oracle iProcurement, maintaining the Global Strategic Marketing procurement tracking spreadsheet. Support personnel-related activities, including onboarding new employees and ensuring proper exit processes are followed for departing staff. What makes this opportunity unique? Minimum Requirements: Proven experience providing high-level administrative support to senior management. Ability to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines while dealing with sensitive and confidential matters. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to take initiative and work independently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across different teams and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
