Position OverviewThe Workforce Support Administration Officer plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of KAMS' workforce initiatives. This position is designed for a proactive individual who is passionate about supporting workforce activities and resources, contributing to the achievement of KAMS' strategic objectives.
As part of a dynamic team, you will provide essential administrative support, engage with students in workforce programs, and assist in promoting training opportunities across the region. Your efforts will directly impact the development of a skilled and effective Aboriginal health workforce.
Candidate ProfileWe are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual who is ready to make a difference in the community. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organisational skills, with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
Understanding of Vocational Education and TrainingExcellent verbal and negotiation skillsWillingness to travelCurrent WA Driver's licence or willingness to obtain oneCurrent National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain oneIf you have experience working in an Aboriginal Medical Service or a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), that would be a distinct advantage. A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) would also enhance your application.
Salary & BenefitsThis position offers a competitive salary of $65,535 per annum pro-rata, along with additional allowances that include accommodation ($7,800), electricity ($1,440), district ($2,920), and annual airfare ($1,285) after 12 months of service. KAMS fosters a supportive and collaborative work environment that encourages growth and development.
