Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support, such as answering calls, managing schedules, taking minutes, data entry, filing and organising office equipment and maintenance. Arrange travel, meetings and appointments; prepare meeting files and ensure all materials are included; help with meeting logistics like venue booking, room setup, and catering. Regularly review and update office procedures with management. Manage staff records, including monitoring expiry dates for Blue Cards and other certifications, processing timesheets, and handling payroll input; assist with staff recruitment and supervision. Process supplier invoices and reconcile credit card transactions. Stay updated on relevant industry issues and legislation. Work effectively with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander staff and communities to provide culturally inclusive services and help break the cycle of over-representation in childcare. About you An opportunity exists for an organised and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Administration Officer on a full-time basis. Your exceptional administrative skills will provide crucial support to the Service Manager and other staff to ensure the smooth running of the Caboolture Children, Youth and Family Service.

Essential Experience and Qualifications: Certificate III in Business Administration or IV qualification (or equivalent trade qualification) from recognised tertiary institution or equivalent. Three years in a similar role with similar responsibilities. Understanding of office administration processes and operating office equipment. Intermediate computer skills with the ability to use Microsoft applications; Demonstrated ability to undertake work across a range of specialist or operational areas. Pre-requisite
Current driver's licence Possess a current National Police Certificate, Working with Children (Blue Card), Child Safety and Personal History Screening Check (LCS) – or the ability to acquire – where the service and role provides care or support in a licensed care service.
