BCR Communities is an award-winning not-for-profit community services and aged care provider servicing the Illawarra and Shoalhaven regions. We are seeking an individual with rostering experience and a commitment to quality customer service to join our community-based Aged Care Services team in Nowra on a part-time basis.Working a minimum of 2 days per week, the successful applicant will join our Workforce Scheduling team to assist in the rostering of community care staff in accordance with procedures, staff availability, client preferences & needs, Award conditions, and cost considerations. The role involves daily interaction with clients, their carers/families, agencies, and frequent collaboration with other BCR team members to result in the optimal allocation of our workforce.
