TAKE ON A KEY ROLE IN THE SYDNEY OFFICE OF THIS NATIONAL LEADER - FOCUSING ON BUILDING CIVIL WORK: This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a background in both local government and engineering consultancies, or with significant experience in one of these areas. This consultancy is known for its success in managing sizeable Civil Building projects, strong relationships with top-tier developers, and a supportive team culture. Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire development process, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to coordinate project visions and deliver successful outcomes. Handle both technical and non-technical challenges with confidence, anticipating developer needs to create lasting relationships.
The proportion of your work would be approx.
20% Technical and 80% in managing the teams and client contacts. Effectively coordinate all resources to ensure on-time delivery and foster repeat business.
