Reliable Conveyor Belt is seeking applications from experienced planners to manage the allocation of labour at our Newcastle branch.
Reporting to the Workshop Manager as a key and valuable member of the Operations team, you will be based at Beresfield and provide resources for the maintenance, servicing and repairs of Conveyor Systems.
Part of your role will include:
Labour mobilisations (ensuring all necessary training and inductions have been done for employees before going on site).Planning, monitoring and implementing rosters to suit the needs of the business.Monitoring hours in line with company or site fatigue rules.Maintain employee's tickets and training needs.Booking training, medicals and inductions.General administration duties, data entry and general email correspondence with our employees.We are seeking applicants with the following attributes:
