The successful candidate will collaborate with People & Culture, business leaders, and key stakeholders to ensure SAPN has the right capabilities and skills to meet its strategic priorities. This is a critical role in driving workforce insights and enabling SAPN to remain agile, skilled, and aligned with our future goals.As the Workforce Planning Lead, you will provide strategic workforce planning, forecasting future talent needs, and implementing frameworks to support decision-making. You will also play a pivotal role in educating and empowering teams, helping them adopt data-driven workforce strategies.What You BringAs the Workforce Planning Lead you will bring extensive expertise in strategic workforce planning, backed by experience within large, complex environments. Your strong project management skills, strategic thinking, and ability to analyse workforce data allow you to identify capability gaps and forecast future talent needs effectively. With a deep understanding of workforce planning methodologies and tools, you foster a data-driven culture that empowers teams to make informed decisions.
