Management - Internal (Human Resources & Recruitment)This is an exciting role that will manage the People and Culture function for a NFP.The occupant of this position will provide high quality advice and be accountable for the delivery of all HR processes with some additional external and internal support.This role is ideally suited to an experienced People and Culture Administrator.You will be responsible for:Managing the People and Culture Functions to ensure it meets modern day practices.Reviewing People and Culture policies and procedures and ensuring they are compliant with modern employment practices.Leading the recruitment processes and managing retention.Assisting with onboarding and induction.Employee relations.Performance management and conflict resolution.Building relationships with managers and assisting them to determine appropriate staffing requirements.Preparing weekly reports and ensuring follow up is undertaken.Managing the People and Culture software platform, including ensuring all documents to be sent to employees are correct and compliant.About youTo be successful in this role you should possess:A minimum of 5 years experience working in People and Culture, preferably with a NFP.Be a positive and proactive go-getter.Be able to communicate with anyone in a sensitive manner, whilst at the same time ensuring policies and procedures are always followed.Have great time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.Have a high attention to detail.Have good written communication skills that enable you to communicate in the appropriate style.Be culturally sensitive.Your application will include the following questions:How many years of recruitment experience do you have?Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have in employee relations?How many years' experience do you have as a People and Culture Manager?How many years' experience do you have with change management?How much notice are you required to give your current employer?
