A real endeavour, shaped by you The Workforce Planning Coordinator will support with the efficient allocation of resources to meet business demands, while maximising the utilisation of the Downer Professional Services (DPS) workforce. This role works closely with and assists the DPS Resource Managers with the allocation of both employees and subcontractors. They will be involved in drafting contracts, using resourcing and onboarding systems including PMO365 and Dynamics, and new starter onboarding activities.


To succeed in this endeavour, you will:
Contribute to the workforce planning team, ensuring processes are taking place and information is being stored accurately. Monitor mailboxes for the function, triaging emails and responding or escalating. Assist with Expressions of Interest applications (EOI) and client submissions of resources. Conduct follow up of submissions and maintain submission data. Assist with contract extensions and associated workflow (i.e. EOI extension forms). Complete data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. Support with the administration and coordination of contractor processes, including the generation of talent profiles. A real endeavour, driven by you Our work is highly complex and confidential, so there are some things you must have to fulfil this role:


Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources or a related field (desirable). Experience in coordination or administration roles, ideally in the Professional Services or Management Consulting industry. Experience in a HR/People related administration role is required. Experience collaborating with and advising senior stakeholders. Ability to effectively manage time and prioritise multiple tasks with competing timelines. More than anything, you'll bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and a drive to manage critical projects and programs that build sovereign capability and deliver complex things that matter.
