This role provides specialist workforce forecasting expertise and advice to guide both short and long-term forecasting for 1800RESPECT. We are considering applicants across Australia.
Telstra Health is proud to work collaboratively with the Australian Government and specialist partners in the delivery of the 1800RESPECT Service, as the national front door for people experiencing, or at risk of experiencing, domestic, family and sexual violence (DFSV) and workplace sexual harassment (WSH).
What's the opportunity? Update and deliver monthly Workforce Forecasts and supporting documents with high level of accuracy Maintain short to long term forecast models to inform workforce plans, finance, recruitment and day-to-day rostering Partner with the communications and marketing teams to understand planned promotional activities and how these will impact contact demand Maintain and analyse reports around key operational metrics such as attrition and shrinkages Provide comprehensive reporting and analysis to inform management decision-making related to workforce planning Maintain a thorough understanding of industry workforce planning and contact centre developments, including worldwide best practices and new process/system advancements About you: Minimum 2 years' experience in a workforce planning role, forecasting short, medium, and long term Advanced proficiency in MS Excel Intermediate proficiency in Power BI and MS PowerPoint Experience in using workforce management systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Tertiary qualifications – Finance or business discipline preferred Prior experience in the health industry and experience with Verint and Genesys Cloud systems will be highly considered The successful applicant will need to meet the requirements of and obtain an Australian Government Security Vetting Agency Baseline Security Clearance. Australian Citizenship is an essential criterion for this application
