As we continue to transform our store operations, we're looking for a detail-oriented and solutions-focused individual to join our Workforce Planning team on a 6-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of our workforce management while providing vital support to our store teams.
The Role You Could Play: Administer workforce management processes via UKG and Workday, ensuring data accuracy and timely execution.Provide Level 1 support for operational and workforce planning issues via Jira.Ensure job change processes are completed on time and schedules align across systems.Maintain data integrity, monitor integration issues, and assist with system audits and updates.Support the deployment of application/configuration changes, including testing and updates.Contribute to the documentation of training resources and support guides for store teams.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance system efficiency and team experience.What You Will Bring: High attention to detail and accurate data entry skillsPrevious retail experience is highly desirable.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to use Microsoft Excel and PowerPointCollaborative mindset with a proven ability to work effectively with internal and external teams.Experience with UKG and Workday is highly desirable but not essential.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentYour Life At MECCA Whilst we are singularly focused on our #CustomerFirst mantra, we know that this wouldn't be possible without an incredible team that is guided by our MECCA values and motivated each and every day to be solutions-focused, innovative, collaborative and adaptable, and have a bit of fun along the way!
